About fostering...
On Bugsy and Penny, they both needed eye drops every 3 hours (now changed to every 8 hours). I really could not do that often since I am working but I tried as often as I could. Penny's eyes are worse and require eye cream in addition to drops. First few days, I had to have a check list to make sure i did it. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs on my own so my life is so busy!
Anyway, after all this, vet told the rescue that Penny's vision will be saved. You see, there are always great rewards after all this work!

Penny!
She has ulcer on her eyes and broken leg. Vet said it is too late for anything.
When she broke her leg(don't know how), puppy mill people just put her aside and not feeding her. So she is much thinner than Bugsy.
I just wish government prohibits selling pups at petshop So people had to go to breeders or shelter. Just like UK.

New comers!! Welcome!
First one is Fluffy.
We named her Fluffy because she has personality like Fuzzy, likes to run outside more than anything and so playful.
Here is Bugsy.
He is very cuddly. He likes to be held. He has very small breathing passage so he will get surgery to correct it. Right now he cannot be too hot or he gets overheated because of breathing. Poor thing. He is still full of energy though.
Here is Penny. She has eye problems and broken bone. For her leg, vet said it is too late to do anything. Makes me very sad. She is cutie and bit scared.
Oops. I cannot find her photo. I will up load later.

Angel got adopted!
First time you came to me, I was so worried for the first few days because you never wanted to move from bed and you were just looking at a wall. I went to bed everynight thinking "Please don't let my Angel be an angel. She needs to be loved and enjoy life here because there is someone for her." Well, my prayer was answered. You have come such a long way and learned so much. Hope you will have such a great life that you forget that you were living in puppy mill. I love you and good luck. Big kisses!
So who will be coming to our house now?? Who knows!

Not good day for our family....
Then my older son came back sick, coughing and headache. I have to take him to Dr's office tomorrow.
Then Angel started to have diarrhea. Poor thing. I think she is feeling under the weather.
To top our day, our poor dwarf hamster, Arceus, has went over the rainbow. He has been sick and we figured it was his time but nonetheless it was sad. Here is my son with Arceus....
Hope we will have a better day tomorrow.

Zippy got adopted!!
His new name will be Luis (I think). He got bigger in a trial week.
I am certain you will have a great life, little one, because you and your sister are miracle puppies.
Now I have to pray for my baby Angel.

It was such a great day!!
So she froze. Then she was so scared. Poor thing never used to being outside, you see? It is great to be outside. Ask your foster dog sister, Fuzzy. Right?
She loves outside even she becomes a snow ball.
Anyway, I thought I should try to let her spend time outside so she knows it is not scary. Then I carried her to the park where my sons played...poor back was killing me.
At the park, it took her a while to stop shivering. Then she was becoming so curious. It was fun day.
The end.

Sunny found a new home!
Now Zippy is gone for trial period. Hope he behaves and gets lots of love. He made our family so much laugh and hope he will be doing the same.
Now, only Angel is up for adoption! She is sweetheart so I hope someone can see what I see. We are planning to give everyone a bath (Fuzzy, Bingo, and Angel) for cleaner start of the week.

Growing so fast!
Now they opened their eyes (even though they are sleeping so much so you don't get to see enough) and they try to walk instead of crawling. So cute.
Can you tell Zippy (white) has more defined fawn color??
And last but not least, mommy!!
Now she is cuter than ever!!

Vet visit
Here is Angel on the way in the car.
So how many puppies, you ask. Well, she has 2! We thought it was 3 but only saw 2 skulls on her x-ray. Vet thinks she still have a week or so to go.
In the mean time, my wonderful hubby made a whelping box for her. So she can have puppies and they can't move too far. Angel loves it. She went in right after we put it down!
